      Return Eligibility

      • Be returned in their original packaging.
      • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (original receipt or gift receipt).

      Prepare Your Return

      Before shipping your return, please ensure that:

      • The item is securely packed in its original packaging.
      • The item is free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.
      • All original accessories and documentation are included.

      Ship Your Return

      Please send your package to the return address provided by our Customer Support team.

      We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.


      Refund Process

      • Most returns are inspected within 5–7 business days after arrival.
      • Approved refunds are typically processed within 14–21 business days.
      • Refunds include the item price and any applicable sales tax.
      • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except under special circumstances.
      • Refunds for purchases made with the original receipt will be issued to the original payment method.
      • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
      • Returns made with a gift receipt will receive Merchandise Credit for the purchase amount.
      • A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

      Return Shipping Costs

      If the return is due to personal preference, ordering the wrong item, wrong size, or any customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

      If the return is due to an error on our part, including receiving:

      • A damaged product
      • A defective item
      • An incorrect item

      Movellen will cover the return shipping costs.
