      When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

      All Movellen orders are carefully processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers in Asia.

      • Order Processing Time: 2–5 business days
      • During holidays, promotional events, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

      Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

      If your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, we will issue a 100% refund for the affected item.

      Customs & Import Taxes

      All prices displayed on the Movellen website are shown in your selected currency and do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply in your destination country.

      If applicable, these charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

      Movellen is not responsible for customs delays or any additional fees imposed by your country's customs office.

      Incorrect Shipping Address

      Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

      Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been submitted.

      Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

      Movellen cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


      Undeliverable or Refused Packages

      If your order reaches the destination country and:

      • The recipient refuses to accept the package; or
      • The delivery carrier is unable to complete delivery after multiple delivery attempts;

      The package may be abandoned or returned according to the carrier's policy.

      In such cases, Movellen reserves the right to refuse a refund for the order, as the failure to receive the package was not caused by our fulfillment or shipping process.
